Please Pull In and Drive Past the First Tier of Businesses,

Then Turn Left.

Fitness With Erika is Not Affiliated with TrueForm in Any Way

Studio Amenities:

  • A Foyer with Cubbies to Store Your Outside Shoes, Coats, Purse, Etc

  • All Equipment Needed To Participate in Class (And Set Up For You Too!)

  • Mats (But Most Bring Their Own)

  • Disinfectant Wipes for the Equipment​​

What To Bring:

  • Water

  • Sweat Towel if Needed

  • Your Workout Sneaks separately, please!

  • Mat (Personal Preference)

  • Your ENERGY and a SMILE!

We Either Start Early or On Time:

  • If Everyone is Accounted For, We Will Begin Earlier. 

  • We Will Never Begin Early if You Have Signed Up And are Not Yet Present.

  • We Will Begin On Time Regardless.
