Starting Monday, February 3, our new workout space will be TrueForm Studio, located at 2470 Boston Post Rd; just a touch further towards Branford on Route 1 | where Massage Savvy is located.
The studio is in the back of the plaza to the left.
I hope you will like it! It has some amenities I think we will all enjoy:
A square space
A foyer for you to put your stuff, change your shoes, etc.
A cleaner environment.
Equal to or Better Than Parking
No Trampolines to move
What Will Change?
Friday Mornings conflict with TrueForm's schedule
Friday morning classes will move to Saturday morning classes at 8:30 am
The last Friday class will be January 31, and Saturday classes will begin February 8
No more Virtual Saturday Classes as a result
There is no Water Dispenser
Please bring enough water for your workout. There is no water dispenser to refill your water bottle, unless you would like to dip into the nutritious Guilford Tap Water supply!
There are no Stability Balls
I need to think on this one. Storage is limited and I am already pushing my luck with the Steps. We may need to bring them as needed
There are 2 Parking spaces to the right of the studio in front of the Hair Salon. The Hair Salon owner asks that we leave these spots open for her elderly clients (Even though I don't think anyone is getting their hair cut at 7:00 am, but we will respect that ask)
We Can Add More Classes!
Unlike my previous situation, as long as we are not around M, W, F mornings, we can use the studio as we see fit!
So if you are interested in Tues/Thurs evening, Sunday Mornings, etc., please speak up!
